Ex-PwC consultant launches law firm advisory business as private equity targets sector

A former PwC and Linklaters consultant has launched a business advising law firm leaders as the industry consolidates and private equity firms seek to muscle their way into the lucrative sector.

Greg Jackson spent three years at Big Four accountancy firm PwC as a law firm strategist and consultant. Previously he was global director of strategy at Magic Circle law firm Linklaters.
